Regular Maintenance
To keep LeakShield™ operating properly:

Test the alarm every 6 months using a damp cloth

Replace the 9V battery once per year

Replace sooner if the alarm activates frequently

Cleaning
The mat surface is waterproof and washable.
1. Remove the battery first
2. Wipe with a damp cloth
3. Allow to fully dry before reconnecting
Do not machine wash or submerge the alarm module.
Warranty
LeakShield™ includes a 1-year limited replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or battery leakage.
